How do I track my order?
the administration would be updating you from time to time on the delivery process.
What are your delivery options?
we deliver to your home, offices or current location on the weekends for free, but in case of a request to deliver the item at a particular date before the weekend, a token fee is charged.
How do I return an item?
we would send our courier service to come pick it up.
How can I contact your couriers?
we are the only ones who can be in touch with our couriers on the exception of emergency deliveries, where a delivery fee is paid.
Do you provide International delivery?
we do not offer international delivery at the moment
What is your returns policy?
it is a return on delivery policy, or 72 hours after delivery if item was damaged on delivery and administration was notified at once.
